Perform a Clean Install of the Wireless and Bluetooth drivers: See if your wireless network adapter appears on the list. Click Action and click Scan for hardware changes. Double-click Network adapters to expand the list. Click Yes to open Device Manager, while in Device Manager, click View and select Show hidden devices. Check device manager: On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and X at the same time.(Please contact the computer manufacturer for instructions on how to check this on the BIOS).
